Meet Robyn Millar

Robyn is a Certified Practicing Nutritionist and qualified counsellor with over 10 years of clinical practice — and more than 20 years of lived and professional experience in the disability sector. She specialises in supporting children and young people with difficult and selective eating behaviours, food anxiety, and sensory-related feeding challenges, using whole food nutrition as a powerful foundation for change.

About Nourish Your Ability

Nourish Your Ability was founded on the belief that food is medicine — and that every child deserves the opportunity to eat well, feel well, and thrive. Robyn works with families navigating the very real challenges of difficult eating behaviours, often alongside a diagnosed health condition, to find a path forward that is both nourishing and achievable.

Through evidence-informed nutritional therapy, Robyn helps children expand their relationship with food — reducing anxiety around mealtimes, building tolerance to new textures, tastes and whole foods, and supporting the whole family in celebrating every step of the journey. Because even small wins at the table are worth celebrating.

"I am motivated every day by seeing people, who are participating in my programs, eating more variety of foods, feeling less anxious, sleeping better and or being able to concentrate at school or work.

When I hear a parent saying how amazing it is to see their child eating real food, being able to self-regulate or play without meltdowns I am filled with joy."

Who Robyn works with

Robyn works with children aged 4–15 and adults who experience challenging food and eating behaviours, including selective eating, food refusal, difficult eating behaviours, food sensory awareness, and sensory sensitivities, digestive concerns, and food anxiety.

Because it is never too late to create healthy eating habits, Robyn welcomes clients at every stage of life. She supports self-funded individuals and families, as well as those accessing services through the NDIS, with consultations available both in clinic and online.
